Roses are nice, but I’d be way more in love with anyone who gave me a bouquet of rosés instead. And these three all cheaper than a dozen roses! Win win win.
Lucien Albrecht Crémant d’Alsace
Crémant is one of my favorite Champagne alternatives: just as good, more than half the cost. This all-Pinot Noir one has red currants and light strawberry, with lots of frothy bubbles.

Juvé y Camps Brut Rosé
Cava isn’t usually my thing, but Juvé y Camps makes ones I really like. And the rosé just kicks it up a notch – another made from all Pinot Noir. Ripe, juicy strawberry with great body.

François Montand Brut Rosé
François Montand’s family made wine in Champagne forever, but he moved to the Jura in the early 1940s. Jura whites can be very pungent and funky, but the reds make me crazy with happiness. So, grab a pale, refreshing bubbly version made from Grenache and Cinsault.
