- Gratien & Meyer Crémant de Loire, $18. By now you all probably know how I feel about crémant: very good. It’s a killer value, and this one, made from 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Chenin Blanc, has lots of delicious strawberry and raspberry.
- Boizel, $60. All strawberries and cream, this Champagne has 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from Champagne’s most coveted Grands and Premiers Crus.
- Ballerine, $50. Another great crémant, this one from Limoux where the first sparkling wines were made in 1531! The super delicate Ballerine is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc, and the label is designed to look like the tip of a ballet slipper.
