Try some Tuscans like Rocca delle Macie’s Riserva di Fizzano ($30) a silky Chianti Classico that will let your steak shine or Ruffino Modus IGT Toscana 2016 ($26) which is more of a blend (39% Sangiovese, 35% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon) that gives it lots of blackberry flavor and silky tannins.
