- The 2017 Oltrenero Cruasé, a Pinot Nero sparkling rosé from Lombardy, has some white strawberry and a hint of savoriness. An easy way to start the night.
- Trentodoc Cesarini Sforza 1673 Brut Riserva Rose’ 2011, 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Nero from the TrentoDoc area in Italy, has riper strawberry, a hint of raspberry, and medium sized bubbles.
- If you want to splurge, I’m all for it. Pop some Delamotte Champagne – very fresh and full of beautiful cherry and strawberry fruit with elegant bubbles.

great choice! While it’s not too late I’d like to add another one to continue the row. Had a chance to taste it before last X-mas, still impressed. It’s Berlucchi ’61 Rosé Brut Franciacorta, NV – ’61 is just a part of name ) Similar to many Franciacortas it’s a little salty on lips but this only adds to its fruitiness
