festive fizzy cocktails

Who doesn’t love a fizzy cocktail? So refreshing, and a fully acceptable way to celebrate Fizzmas. During the holidays I love getting in the spirit (pun intended) with something festively red! (One below isn’t red because I love gingery Domaine de Canton – but that one can be festively golden like a Christmas tree star.)

bubbly razz

  2 ounces Caposaldo Moscato IGT 1 ounces Caposaldo Prosecco splash of L’Heritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis Pour into a flute and garnish with fresh raspberries.

canton royale

1 part Domaine de Canton 3 parts Champagne juice of a lemon wedge or a dash of lemon bitters

1 part Domaine de Canton
3 parts Champagne

ruffino winter rose

 6 ounces Ruffino Prosecco .25 ounces lemon juice .5 ounces Monin Rose Water Syrup 2 drops rose water garnish with a rose petal

sequin rosé sparkler

5 ounces Sequin Rosé 1 ounce pomegranate juice garnish with pomegranate seeds

 ½ ounces pomegranate liqueur, chilled ½ ounces Triple Sec 3 ounces Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut, chilled
