getting your grape on: tanglewood

tanglewood picnic basket wineTanglewood really is a grapefriend paradise! Everyone comes with wine for their picnics, pouring it out on the lawn and then under the stars once the sun sets. People even came over and asked to borrow our corkscrew – it’s so grapefriendly there!

As you saw yesterday, we had some Cliff Lede Sauvignon Blanc – perfectly crisp and zippy with our lemon pine nut chicken and zucchini. I did a little observing about what kind of wine other people were popping open – saw some Sean Minor Pinot Noir, Chateau La Mouette rose, Poppy Pinot Noir, Guigal Cotes du Rhone.
