The only thing that’ll save you during these heat waves is rosé. Here are this month’s fave five.
Lamberti Prosecco: Prosecco is now officially allowed to make a rosé style using Pinot Nero. This one isn’t only elegant, it’s a killer value at only $14.
Donum: At $50, this isn’t going to be your everyday deck quaffer but they got crazy acid out of this Pinot Noir which lends itself well to a refreshing rosé. $50
Borsao: I always tend to like Garnacha-based rosados from Spain, and the watermelon notes in this one didn’t disappoint. Can’t go wrong at $10.
Kind of Wild: This is like a strawberry salad from the Pays d’Herault in Languedoc, which has over 100 grapes. The two in this one are Syrah and Grenache. $25
Masseria Li Veli Susumaiello: Loving rosatos from Puglia lately and this is one of the benchmark producers. The all-Negroamaro grapes gives it a hint of tartness. $23
