There’s a saying in the wine world: Pay to Play. You’ve gotta workout in order to be able to drink and eat as much as we do. That’s what happened this weekend at Wölffer Estate Vineyard in the Hamptons.

A few mornings a week, Wölffer has Yoga in the Vines. You walk through the vines of Chardonnay grapes to get to a clearing under a tree where you set up your mat for class.

And if you think you’ll just have an easy class, hanging by the vines and waiting for your wine glass, you’re wrong. I’m still sore.

To ease the pain, your wine glass awaits later in the evening at their Wine Stand. On Friday and Saturday evenings they have live music and it is packed with picnic blankets!

A really gorgeous way to watch the summer sun set, glass of Wölffer rosé  in hand, obvs.
