most invited sparklers

The holiday happiness continues! And like the coolest girls with the most party invites, here are the top 10 Champagnes searched for on Snooth:

1 NV Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut
2 NV Bisenger Grand Prestige Champagne Premium Cuvee
3 NV Veuve Cliquot Brut
4 NV Louis Charey Champagne
5 George Cartier Premier Cuvee Brut
6 2002 Moet & Chandon Cuvee Dom Perignon
7 NV Veuve Durand Brut Reserve
8 NV Pommery Brut Royal
9 NV Perrier Jouet Grand Brut
10 NV Pol Roger Cuvee de Reserve

So #1 is Blue TOP – SEO perhaps 🙂 NV means Non-Vintage, btw. They only make vintage champagnes when it’s decided that the grapes are especially good that year.

So do these match what you’ve been drinking this month? Because every holiday event I’ve been to has only served Prosecco. But as you’ve learned during Bubbly Week, this saved people some Christmas coin. Snore!

  1. Hey, GrapeFriend,
What do you think about drinks that are made with prosecco or champagne? I had a cocktail recently–some kind of bubbly, gin, st.germaine, grapefruit juice, and garnished with a lime. I thought it was delicious, but I am not a wine connoisseur. How do you feel about mixed drinks made with the bubbly? Merry, Merry. Sophia

    • I feel really good about them! 🙂 My only suggestion would be to not use an expensive, complex Champagne or other really good sparkling wine in a mixed drink – you should appreciate them on their own! But a fun cocktail made with simple bubbly for a party can be a good time.
