Louis Pommery England: With climate change, England has been able to start ripening grapes better and making higher quality wine, so I’d been dying to try some English sparkling. Made in southern England with the usual Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and some Pinot Meunier, this Pommery is much leaner and not at all brioche-y compared to Champagne and would be excellent with food. $39 here

Willamette Valley Vineyards Brut Rosé: I’ll always love the beautiful strawberry notes of a Willamette Pinot Noir and this just puts it in bubbly form. $80 here
