The white sangria recipe was such a hit that it inspired us to create another white-wine cocktail variation this weekend. This punch I made up was delicious but I couldn’t think of a fun name, so threw it out to grapefriends. Leave it our clever drinkers to come up with some fun ones. I loved Suzanne Taylor’s The Grand, BandWithoutHands’ Grand Blue Fizz, Nick Henault’s Grand Prosecco, and Andrew Fang’s cheeky Sundress Begone. But my fave was Jill DeCusati’s Italian-inspired Pesca Bacio (which means Peach Kiss in Italian).
Awesome name for an awesome summer Prosecco punch!
the pesca bacio
- 2 white peaches, diced
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Marinate the fruit, sugar, and Grand Marnier for at least an hour, but you could soak it overnight for extra goodness. Add the Prosecco right before serving.

Looks great! 😀
