The last Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn – Part 2, doesn’t come out til Friday but of course Twihards are already camping out. Most of them probably aren’t even of drinking age, but I’ve seen interviews with people up to 48 years old. I just don’t even know what to say about that. But they could probably use some grapes up in their nylon tents.
So what should they drink? There’s a wine called Vampire, but that seems too obvious and I’m not sure if it’s any good.
I’d go with Bella wines. Some are from Dry Creek Valley, but specifically I’d go with their Big River Ranch Zinfandel which is from the Alexander Valley in Sonoma. One, it’s blackberry and dusty and really smooth. Two, Big River Ranch has vines that are 110 years old. So Edward.
As an added vampire-y bonus, when you spill a little on your finger it looks like blood! Fantastic prop for scene reenactments in those Twihard tents.
