yum factors: Many Albarino’s are just really light and crispy, but this one has a tad more complexity. The lemon and green apple flavors are balanced out by a touch of saline.  Crack some open with Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician octopus, made with paprika, rock salt and olive oil) and it’s like you’re in Spain!
